My company did the same thing, only our tags are PINK!!! I guess it makes it look good for the fathers of the outfit, makes them think someone accomplished something other than "dumb sizing" the country. It still takes the handson guys to make things right, but when you have 1 stupidvisor per each 1.5 workers, it really makes you wonder whats wrong with this picture. Anyhoo they brought in a management consulting firm to make us more efficient. When we broke for lunch the first day I made a beeline to the main speaker--consultant.

I guess he saw the fire in my eyes and the bow coming up in my back. Because he asked me if I knew what an expert was.

It told him I didn't.

"That's someone with a briefcase and comes from over a hundred miles away."

/forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif Sorry, I just remember some of the things I used to have to go through just so we could do our job. We would go through all of these and then the higher ups would order a bunch of computer monitors to be dumped into the dumpster. I forget how much of a fine we got for that, but it was less than it could've/should've been had it been a private company.
