unloaded 750# horse stall with PT422

Attached are images of the horse stall that I unloaded with the PT 422 from a full sized tractor trailer.

The forks just barely reached high enough to pick the pallet-

I then pulled the pallet back and set the end on the ground-

I repositioned perpendicular to the centerline of the trailer and picked the pallet up. The truck driver drove forward and then I set the pallet down.

It was a bit scary staring up at the stall but it wasn't as top heavy as it looks!

Yes these machines can be very helpful. Thanks for the pics. I was wondering about the seat too but I believe were are missing the whole point. Don't you thank? LOL

The seat being raised is a habit I picked up from when I used to borrow my fathers tractor. It just keeps it from the sun and more importantly the rain when it is outside.

In Florida you tend to learn to lift the seat rather quickly the first time you go to sit back on it after it's been out in the sun for a bit....burnin' flesh is not fun.

but now the wifey has a hard time keeping me inline on tractor seat up, toilet seat down /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Why isn't wifey the one to insure that the seat is down before she sits rather than you insuring that it is down before you leave!!??!!
If you are tired of wifey demanding that you put the seat down, there is an easy cure! Just use the toilet a few times while standing WITHOUT raising the seat!! Soon she will be begging you to please be sure to put the seat up!!!! She may even decide that it is in her best interest to be sure that the seat is UP before SHE leaves!!!!
