...People will say a boston butt or whatever is better but in our opinion there is nothing quite the same a whole shoulder bar-b-q...

FWIW... A whole (bone in) Boston Butt is just about a whole shoulder...it's the best part anyway...(includes what pit-masters refer to as the "money muscle")...!

Last weekend I smoked a couple Boston Butts for my Dad's birthday.
Rubbed with a 50/50 mix of "Cow Camp pork rub" and brown sugar.
Smoked in electric smoker using a mix of apple and cherry chips for 18 hours

Oh YUM!
