I replaced the seals on the remote valve and still have a big leak. Shaft is smooth and clean. No leaks anywhere else.

The first picture shows the two remote valves on my Kubota M9540.

The second picture shows a close-up of the valves. There is fluid squirting out of the small hole whenever I use the remotes.

Fluid squirts out whenever either lever is moved, with or without the hoses connected.

Here is a parts breakdown. The two shaft oil seals #040 were replaced on the advise of the Kubota dealer.

What other parts should I be replacing?

Hi jdjdjd,

I have the exact same leak as you in my 9540 remote valve. Did you find a solution? Would appreciate answer back from you, (or anyone else on this issue) especially if you did. I have ripped apart my valve 10+ times now, replacing all orings and still have leak. Kubota dealers clueless. Beyond frustrated here.

Thanks in advance for reply.

Same problem with my remote valve, can't see the pictures or diagrams above but descriptions is exactly the same. Today I remove the entire valve from the tractor, brought into shop on clean table. I took every piece of the valve apart, inspected, cleaned, couldn't find anything wrong. All seals look good, no dirt or trash I could find. Dealer doesn't know, even called Kubota tech. support, they wasn't sure, but would research it. Hoping they will get back with dealer. Suggest than maybe I was adjusting, detent setscrew too much. But I have adjusted it every way it can be adjusted, if I screw it in it just drips some oil out almost stops, but my detent lever stays engaged and doesn't kick out. This is a 2010 M9540 HDC12-, started this last year and haven't found a solution. Not sure when they changed this valve but current new Kubota tractors this size, the new tractors valve looks identical except for this hole where fluid is leaking from, new tractors don't have the hole.

valve diagram.png Not sure this is the correct diagram, but looks the same, it doesn't show the hole in the end plate. This is the only diagram I can find.

Hi everyone. Same issue as above, can someone point me in the right direction. Fluid blowing out the weep hole in PTO RPM, raising 3point arms or using 1st remote.

Mine was only leaking when I used any of the remotes, wasn稚 leaking when I used lift arms.

I had dealer order every seal in the remote valve with the weep hole, took valve off tractor and let the dealer replace all seals in valve. Very pricey, it was somewhere around $125, and $75 labor to rebuild. New valve was almost $1000. This solved my leak issue.
