Looking at a used Emax 20s at a local dealer. Has 74 hours on it, comes with Loader and belly mower. I did check and the 50hr maintenance was done at the dealership. Wanting 12,000 for it. Seems pretty fair for around my area. Anything else I should look at on it? Currently have a Kubota G2160 mower and looking for a little upgrade to a sub compact and possibly adding a box blade to it for some things we want to do around our property (4.5 acres) Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure where your "area" is, but you might want to look into other brands like Branson, LS, Kioti, RK(TYM). You could probably get into a brand new similar sized machine for around the same price.
Only ones in my area are Mahindra, Deere, and Kubota. I am looking at a MF GC1723 and I was gonna call about an LS MT122, those last 2 are with dealers about 1.5 hours away. I did price a Kioti CS2210 and with MMM, FEL and Box Blade it was around 15,500.

That doesnt sound like a bad deal. I paid almost $15k for my 2015 emax 22 gear trans TLB with ~450hrs on it.. It may still be worth looking at the other brands, but also consider parts availability and who will service it if/when things go wrong.. a couple week wait for parts or a 3hr round trip to dealer may not be worth the savings at time of purchase.
