AK and mjncad are both offering wise advice...suggest you heed it!
Now, if you can carry that asking price in cash....well, then, if you think the tractor is what you want...you can dicker.
I'd be a little leery of a cash deposit and pick it up later...if the seller isn't a man of his word and sells it to aother person, you're likely have trouble getting your deposit back (especially true if this is an out of state deal).
So, if you do decide to go look and possibly purchase, be prepared to bring the tractor back. You can't bring all those implements back at one time (unless you have a really big trailer) so hold off on paying for the ones you don't need immediately. Basically, pay for the tractor and the implement you want to bring back. The seller may balk...but you have to protect your interests (and your money).
By the way, those implements (other then the loader) are worth no more then $3000 combined...even if they are a "brand" name.
As far as what to look for...if you're familar with equipment, you already know what to look for. Haven't read any major issues with the new Deere 4x20 tractors. They have a Deere built engine that has a great reputation.
Good luck, and be prepared to walk away if that isn't the machine for you.
