Used Farmall 50B CVT price

I was at the Case dealer today looking at tractors. He had a 2012 Farmall 50B CVT on the lot, 75 hours on it. He's asking over 35,000 for. Isn't that kinda high? No factory warranty, no promo financing, it has no extra remotes, no quick attach bucket. I don't see any reason to buy this tractor unless you either really like Case or are willing to pay a premium for tier 3 engines, or really like CVT. Am I missing something here?

You're not missing anything, it is priced high in my opinion. That is a very nice tractor, cvt is fantastic.
