Used Kubota BX2200

Hello, found this site while doing some research on a tractor. I have been searching around and learned a lot.

I found a 2003 BX2200 for sale with a FEL and 60" mowing deck and a rear blade. I think this will do everything I need. The unit has about 440 hours on it and one owner garage kept and appears to be in very good shape. All of the maintence was dealer performed with paperwork to back it up.

The thing I can't determine very well is the value of the tractor. I think I can get it for a little over $9000. It sounds reasonable but I have little to base it on other then the cost of a new unit. Cars and trucks seem to me much easier to price out. You all seem to know this market way better then I do and I guess I am asking for validation on the pricing. Thanks in advance for any input. Rob.

I think that is a fair price. I know I have a 2000 BX 2200 with 1045 hours on it, FEL and MMM, and I would want at least $7500 for my package. I don't know if I could get that, but I would not consider selling it for any less.

Since this post I have done some futher research. There were very few completed listing on ebay but there were two comprable listing.

One went for $7,500 with 260 hours and one for $8599 with 156 hours. Seems however if I can get it at the right price it would be a good tractor.

Sounds good to me. I have a BX1500 w/48" MMM and LA181 FEL with only 75 hours. I am asking $8,250. Only selling because I am buying a larger parcel of land that will require a larger tractor.
