Hello,
I have been looking at used 2 and 3 bottom plows locally, and I came across the most interesting plow I have ever seen. A 30 year old 2 bottom, 16", rollover kevneland plow. It appears to be in good to very good condition for field use. It has a hydraulic ram with a cam style rotation I think. It also has spring loaded pins for each plow, break away bolts too, and extension s for the spoils. Everything is adjustable and maintainable.
I would like to know people s opinions on these, and what the value of something like this is. It seems over priced to me at 2500 asking price. Locally, a jd 4 bottom rollover is 1500.
My tractor is a kioti rx7320. 4*4, 73 hp, about 9500 lbs r4 tires filled. Soil is mixed, no boulders or large rocks at my place.
I hobby farm only, but I'm really interested in this. Any opinion would be appreciated, thanks!
