The YM1510D is probably the ideal tractor for you. The powershift is nice for loader work. Finding a used loader will be a challenge. You also then have to worry about mounting it since it wouldn't come with the right mounting kit. But since you are in farming country, there should be welders familiar with loader mounting that can get it done for you. If you can weld and have the time, you could do it yourself. There is a guy mounting a loader from a Ford on his YM2010D. He is making up all of the mounting brackets himself. The YM1510D is close enough to the YM186D sold here in the US that you might be able to get a mounting kit for the loader you get.
The mower is a little easier - a 5' finish mower would work nicely. Check with Lawncare Equipment Center in Martindale. They are a Yanmar dealer, and are "gray friendly". They may be able to get a loader for you, and may have a finish mower for you as well. I have gotten a good bit of Yanmar stuff from them, and they are great people to deal with. If you need parts, talk to Ray in the parts dept.
