What type of information are you looking for?
Is it going to be used in a house or shop?

All oil furnaces I have seen require annual cleaning, but properly cared for will last a long time.

Not really sure what kind of input you are looking for ?

Yep, for in the shop. We generate about 500 gallons of waste oil every 6 weeks. Does not cost anything to get rid of now, but, with fuel going up I am sure it wont be long. Then there is the price of propane to heat now at over 1.40 per gallon.
Shop is 75 X 75 with 22 foot ceilings. So you can see, we buy plenty of propane.
Just was wondering on brands, or if anybody has any bad experiences with the used oil furnace.
Thanks guys

I was looking into these about a year ago. There are a number of them out there. Some have thier own air compressor other require you to hook up to one. Some will burn a wider viscosity range than others.

My preference would get one that is easy to service(clean). Parts readily available, who can wait two weeks for a part?
I think they are all stainless steel but would want one that doesn't blast right on a target wall.
Must preheat the oil, probably all do this now.
A non carboning pre heat block.

Cleanburn was one of the ones I was interested in. The only reason I didn't get one is that I have more wood than I can probably ever burn.

I met with the Clean Burn guy yesterday. Seems like a good unit. Meeting Monday with a Heat Wave rep. The Clean Burn guy said they sell 50% of the market and all the rest make up the other 50%.
