Loader Used Purchase Advise

How about those adjustments I described back on 07-02 ?? Nothing you've posted suggests they have been performed successfully yet.

I checked the stop bolt but don't think it can be adjusted any more. Getting inside would require removing the front end loader. We got it put back together Sunday afternoon late. I had to remove limbs from the field from every other row on Monday so I could spray on Tuesday to stop bacterial spot from killing the trees. Then had to fly out to North Carolina yesterday to visit my brother in law who is in the hospital. Its been a real tight schedule. If everything goes well I will get back in Lady Lake on Monday, remove the rest of the limbs on Tuesday and then spray again on Wed. After that I will have time to remove the loader and check the clutch through the inspection plate. Probably be that weekend so I can get help from my son in law.

So it should be pretty clear why it's not workin' right yet. I understand that sometimes work requirements preclude scheduled/demand maintenance. But the fact that you didn't yet make the recommended adjustments goes a helluva long way to explaining why the problem hasn't yet fixed itself.

So. If/when you make the time to drop the loader supports and the recommended adjustments for whatever reason DON'T work, we're still here to help pursue your issue to a satisfactory conclusion.

Sounds like the pin in the Yoke,(They part that pushs the throw out bearing in & Out is broken,this has happened many times before, the bad news is you have to split the tractor to get too it. The other thing to check is see where the clutch arm comes out of the side of the housing,depress the clutch and make sure the shaft and arm are both moving, there is a pin in there also that has caused some grief if it wears or breaks
