A freind of mine has a TC24D 2003 with loader, r4's that still have nipples on them. The tractor has 45 hours on it and looks as new. He wants $12,800.00 for it, is this a good price?

I paid around $11,200 for the tractor and $3550 for the loader, same as you're talking about - 2003 TC24D with 12LA loader. I say around because I bought a lot more in the package and the actual prices were manipulated around a little with the financing. Basically looking at around $15K PLUS tax. In NY, that would put another $1087 on the bill!
45 hours is just barely broke in. Check on the transfer of the warranty, if it does transfer I think it is a real good price. You couldn't buy mine from me for that money!
