Backhoe used woods 9000 backhoe price

well I was going to order a new 9000 hoe from my dealer today over the phone, gave me a installed price, with hose kit ,9000 hoe ,and new 4 point sub fram of $7100 .then he said he just got in a used 9000 hoe a 2001 model off of a cat skid steer very little use .the teeth on the bucket he said do not show any wear, and very little paint off of the bucket. still has the decals on the hoe .one small scratch on 1 outrigger and the seat has very small tear on the side bearly can see he said .he said it needs to be steam clean from collecting dust from just sitting around.this price installed with new hose kit, and new 4 point mount ,2001 hoe ,was $ 5000 complete. my question is is this a good price ,and did woods do anything changes to the new hoes over the 2001 model. also both hoes have 18 in buckets thanks kully

I'd rather pay $5000.00 than $7100.00. The Woods 9000 is supposed to be a nice hoe. That's the one I was supposed to get for my tractor, but couldn't pass up a $3000.00 7 1/2 foot hoe.
