I noticed a problem with signon names. We keep having folks choose a very model specific name. Then the tractor they own changes, so what do they do? Change the name. This can be a bit of a problem, because often they post l;ots of questions and get lots of answers leafing up to their selection. Then the name changes and all that before and after (how it worked out) becomes disjointed.
When I signed on to the worlds greatest tractor community, I had a little Yanmar 186D for which I was searching for help. I decided to replace that machine with a safer tractor (much from the help I received here) I was certain that I wanted a New Holland, that is why I now have a Deere. Sometime, maybe someone was helped by my postings (maybe not!)
Anyway, maybe in the signup area there could be a suggestion that model specific names might become a problem. Or not. This will still be the Worlds Greatest Kuntry Livin' and Tractor Lovin' Site.
