USPS oil sample delivery

It took 27 days for an oil sample to go from New York to Indiana. First class mail $4.70. I think they waited to fill up a hazardous material truck. At least it got there.

Hmmm, my big box of toilet paper was very quick to ship by usps standard free shipping. Maybe they thought it was an emergency? :laughing:

Ever since the pandemic the USPS has been hit or miss. Back in April or May I ordered a new bar for my chainsaw. The tracking showed it just stopped moving and when I asked the local post office about it they had no information other than things are moving slowly. The seller was going to send me a second one after about a month but I told them to wait another week. Just as I was about to give up it showed up. Other things I've ordered have gotten here in record time.
