My first call would be to the "CustomsHouse"! Years ago I bought a new SkiDoo in Fort Erie Ont. Drove up, loaded it up, no duty! Something about motor vehicles were exempt! That was long ago, and the laws have likely changed numerous times, but I wouldn't rule out the large US market, until I found out for sure! Be sure to "Think Green" (as in John Deere)! I've loved every one I've owned! A few more Loonies, but they great machines. I think you can find what your looking for in your budget. Also check the Border city's Craigslist.com. There's a couple on the Buffalo board now. Search Farm & Garden(?). Good luck! ~Scotty
