V-Bolt for Cultivator tool bar

I recently purchased an old Hamill Manufacturing Corp. two row cultivator. The two tool bars are roughly 2" x 2", however they are rotated 90 degrees. This requires the fastener hardware to be V-bolts vice square U-bolts. I would like to replace them and am looking for a source. Any help would be appreciated. Attached are roughly the correct dimensions.

I believe that the tool bar is rotated 45 degrees and the angle "B" would be 90 degrees. A standard U bolt, a little heat, and a hammer should make for a custom fit.
