I dehydrated pineapples, apples and strawberries yesterday.
Four pounds of dehydrated strawberries will fit in a pint mason jar.
Two dried pineapples will fit into a pint mason jar. I think 3-4 would fit.
Nine large dried apples will fill in a quart mason jar. Another couple of apples might fit.
Kinda amazing how little space that much food takes when dried. Nine apples, two pineapples, and four pounds of straw berries fits into two quart jars.
The jar stores better than the bags just because the jars stack neatly on the shelf.Later,
