Value Leader WC6 Chipper Drive Belt replacement

Hello,
I have a Value Leader WC6 Chipper (3pt hitch/PTO) attachment and I need to replace one of the 5 Drive Belts.
(just the one in the middle is loose)
On each belt I see this:

"Boer RPI
15x1075
Anti-Static, Oil &
Heat Resistant"

I'm assuming the "15x1075" means "15mm Width x 1075mm Length".

I've found that Boer is in China; and that's where this Chipper was built.

Anyway, I can't find this belt or any belt like it anywhere.
I wrote an Email to Boer (and it bounced back).
I wrote an Email to Value Leader (Beststco Products) but I haven't heard back yet.

Has anyone replaced these belts?
Is there a replacement belt I can get locally, say at Napa or an auto parts store?

If there are 5 belts on the same shieve you want to order a matched set of 5, costs a little more but insures all belts are sharing the load evenly. If not a matched set, all the belts won't be the "same" size.

Thank you, that makes sense.
Right now I see 4 belts doing all of the work and (the middle) 1 is loose. I bought it 2nd-hand so I'm not sure of the maintenance history.

FYI: I heard back from the Value Leader dealer (Beststco) and they told me that a NAPA Part# A39 is the replacement belt:
