Value of a used LP bushhog

I'm looking at a used LandPride RCR2510 3pt bushhog. The gentleman states that he bought it last year and it is too wide, he travels to different properties. Looking at the pictures it seems to fit his story. I'm supposed to go look at it in person latter this week. He is asking $4500. I feel like that is a little high but it looks nice and is local.

Can someone give me a value on the RCR2510?

Also, how well built is the RCR2510?

Offer 4K. That's a nice shredder. 10' are hard to move due to the width, 8' just barely hangs over. 3pt is less common than the pull behind so might help negotiating. Those sell for a pretty good penny new

Gates can be a killer with a 10' mower. You have to remove and pick up with a loader and carry over the gate.

If you go to Landpride's website, there's a link to download features and benefits of the RCR2510. It's only spec'd for up to 1" diameter weeds and brush and they call it a Cat 2 and Cat 3 machine. And a couple of the other guys made good points about managing a 10 footer thru gates etc.

All good points, my property is all open pasture and the only other place it might go is my dad's farm(very rough and hilly) which is open, gate wise.
I did go to LP's website and look at that info and that is what concerns me. I know I'll be fine at my house but how well will it hold up with occasional runs to the farm?

Just a little update, I ended up finding a pull type Bushhog 3210 for less money and brought it home today. I did a little adjusting on it today and corrected a few things I found. All I have left is to remove the blades and either sharpen or replace.

Also, should it have gear oil or 00 grease in the gear boxes? And should it re changes out/replaced?
