Looking at that link in the first post, I don't see holes for any bracket to bolt to the valve body - only the hole through the end of the spool. That makes me wonder if the valve are maybe designed to have linkage / handle design determined by the installer.
If there is something already there which you now need to replace / repair, then a picture would help greatly.

If you can't find any, just make a thin sub plate and put you some tabs on it for the handle. 1/4" X 1" flat stock makes good handles.
