The fluid in the hyd system does not exit anywhere except into the tank. If you see fluid, you have a leak of some kind.

Some relief valves leak out the adjusting cap.

If it is leaking anywhere else, there is something loose, or there is a defect in a hose, a fitting, spool o-rings, or split valve, etc.

Take a pic and point to the area if possible.

About your valve body if its gimballed valve set its
time to think about getting new valve body.

If your set up is a 2 spool valve unit you have blown o-rings
and spool seals. If its relatively new valve you can have someone replace the spool seals and O rings; if its an old spool valve its time to scrap it and buy a new one.
