Ventrac power bucket hitch pin disappeared!

So since the snowstorm is getting ready to hit, I wanted to put on my plow. Took the bucket off and noticed that one side of the hitch was missing! Do these things come with any warranty....less than a month old! I would say that a weld failed. See pictures. Hole goes all the way through and no sign of a weld on the front or back.

I've emailed the dealer, hoping for a "it's covered" response.

I'd make a wild guess that it is covered under the warranty... I'd expect it to be... Darn..... Hate to see that happen.

It is a poor weld set up, it needs to be V'ed out, so the weld is penetrated in the arm rather than on the surface. I guess cost would be a little more and that is why that do it that way....... jim

Dealer replaced under warranty in a couple days. They replaced the entire hitch.
