When using 3ph items (tiller and mower so far), I find that there is only about 1" clearance between the chains and the inside of the tires. It seems clear that they rub when not on level, especially the handles on the turnbuckles.

I saw something in the manual about being able to adjust the rear wheels for a wider stance. Not sure if this will make a problem on the trailer, though. It is 6' inside, wheels are now 64" outside.

Has anyone made this adjustment, and what has been your experience? Any problems or tips?

Looks like people are a little slow to respond to your post. I can't really help much but your book should outline different spacing. If not then just take a look around at the rims, etc. I know on my Zetor all I have to do is swap the wheel from side to side and would gain a few extra inches. Maybe measure the offset of the rim from both sides then times 2 and that should be how many inches you would gain (or lose) by swapping sides.
