vh4d wisconsin oil filter

Help, vh4d wisconsin spec no 410787 can any one tell me what number of fram,motorcraft,or other brands will interchange, the factory filter has no numbers or brand name.hate to drive 180 mile to get a filter.thanks

Any numbers on the filter? I haven’t had a spin-on filter that NAPA couldn’t match up yet. I have put filters in a plastic baggie and took them to NAPA. They have matched up every one so far.

Those #'s won't cross with fram/puralator/ or wix on the net. My Baldwin farm equip book says for wisconsin VH4D, VH4DG-lpg uses baldwin lube ele P53(rv28) or P40(rv31). "Mason jar screw neck b-p lube ('63-'81)(rv40) uses t308m. Spin on lube rv51 uses bt241. Spin on rv52 uses BT341. The baldwin #'s will cross with wix etc.

I agree with tkcomer I have never had any problem with NAPA not being able to find a filter for anyting i ever needed. i needed a set of plugs for a old gas compressor (the type that runs jackhammers and such). i gave them any numbers i could find on the engine and they called me back in ten minutes to say they had it. so thats where i would start. you can call one and get the numbers and either get them locally or order on line
