Hello TBN...

I am posting a high resolution video of myself showing the 2520 emptying the MCS from the seat of the tractor.

I did not compress the video, so the file is rather large, 201MB. If you have broadband, it only takes about 2 minutes to download from my server. If you have dial up and do not mind downloading over night...have at it.

The video is to large to post on You Tube, so here is the link to my server:
Maxtor Fusion

Once your on the server,
Click on the "Video" tab, then,
Double click on the "2520 Hydraulic Dump MCS.mp4" file
Click on the little blue downward pointing arrow to open or download the file.

You will need to have Apple's Quicktime Player to view the video.
If you do not have Quicktime, you can download it free here:
Apple - QuickTime - Download

I'd really like some feedback from you guys on this, and if all goes well, I post some more the the 2520 in action, primarily mowing...:D

OMG, that's the greatest thing I've ever seen! Not having to hop out of the seat is so incredibly cool. I wish I was on my JD right now rather than sitting in front of a desk.

btw, you can cut down the size of the video by trimming out the first 18 seconds or so before you enter the frame. There's also the idea of just cutting down the frame size.

flyngti,

Thanks for the reply...I can only imagine that you had no problem opening that file since you were able to view it...

Since you are the only one so far on the site that has posted a response, do you mind telling me if are your on:

High speed internet?
What type of computer you have? PC or Mac?
How long did the file take to download?
Did you save the file to disk or did you just open it from the server?

Sorry about the 18 seconds in the beginning...I am a professional photographer and am just getting into video, so my 2520 makes great practice for that. I have not yet learned vidoe editing....yet!

crzysnake137,

I am sorry, the file is 201mb and unless you download it, there is no other way to view it. I am going to try to compress it, but it will make the video smaller I believe. Best way view it is to let it download overnight so it will not take up any of your time. Just think, go to bed hitting the download button and look what you have to lookforward to when you wake up:D

Either way, I will be making the video smaller so it will be easier for all to view a little easier.

MrJimi,

Was it that you downloaded it and then it would not play?
Or is it just taking along time to download?

How come you removed your quicktime?
Your download speed is great at 10mbps by the way.

I have been trying for ages but it takes ages and sometimes comes up with 'server time out'

I think it is because lots of people might be trying to download it :p

This is my ineternet speed, it is pretty slow

I downloaded it overnight (It probably took 5hrs). Not sure why it takes so long. I have around 4mbps (Comcast, PC) and it got progressively slower (Best was maybe 20k/sec, worse I saw was about 4k/sec). Usually from sites I can download at 100-500k/sec).

What's your upload speed from your server (384K?)

Oh, and by the way, the Video was great. I have lusted after those since I saw them but just can't justify the $4700 to put one on my 3720 to myself.

I have a Cyclone Rake and the 2305 PowerFlow MCS. The cyclone rake works great but is a pain to empty (Holds around 300 gallons though). The 2305 MCS is pretty easy to empty but fills up easily and the blower clogs a lot.
