I feel for the people with 2nd properties in remote areas, wondering about break-in etc while they are gone. Attached is a link for a new AT&T service that lets you view video of the property on certain types of cell phones or a computer via the internet You can also program it to contact you in the event of motion detection, etc. Basic hardware is $200 and service is $10/mo, presumably on top of the internet bill.
