voivedich puts grapple on NH785 ..new question

after I replaced the long hyd cylinders they would not lift the arms off the safety pins. Someone replied that I should wait and the trapped pressure would bleed off. Sure enough, two days later I started it up and the left pedal lifted the arms and I retracted the safety pins and lowered the arms and drove around the barn several times. I still cannot get the short cylinders to react to the right pedal and they are fully extended. The right pedal seems to work with the aux hyd control handle and that handle will not move and the pedal will not retract the short cylinders. I appreciate any input. Thanks, Martin
