I imagine you get quite a bit of sun in Tx so you might want to consider adding a sun shade. I got the Kioti version which I like. Keeps me cool and dry. It is some sort of poly material and doesn't seem bothered whacking into tree branches etc.

Agreed it has been a warm summer here so far with no real rain.
The sunshade is part of the deal. It had to be ordered in and I hope it will have arrived in time for delivery of the tractor. If not the dealer will ship it to me.
