Walk behinds; 36" hydro or 48" geared??

go hydro if you can- jut got rid my my 2010 exmark metro 36 b/c i hated the belts- love the ECS controls though.

Go hydro. Have a 36" hydro (19 hp) and it will pull 170 lbs up any hill if I have traction. I cut some steep areas and never had a hp problem ( when wet I run out of tracton but never power)

Thanks for the advice man. I bought a 36 Lesco hydro and love it. Only problem is it doesn't cut low enough. trying to lower my blades and I should be good
