I have an old walking beam axle ATV trailer. Please bear with me as I explain the problem, don't know much about trailers
There is a lot of play at the pivot point. I can move the beams up/down, side to side on the shaft. See pics below for all that negative camber.
What I need to know is what is required to get rid of the play?
Apologies for the poor quality photos.

You need a bushings. Machine shop should be able to make them either from bronze or teflon. Take the wheels off and bring the beam to them together with diameter of the pivot shaft. They should be able to press the bushings in.

Consider changing the pivot shaft also, it apears to be some wear on it too. Sorry for my bad eglish.

IMO one would need to redesigned your running gear. to more of a better supported axle system , something like in the drawing

I agree with Tor Arne, replace the axle stubs and put in bushings. while you are at it a grease zerk on each axle as that is likely the cause of your trouble, lack of lubricant
