Are there any Wallenstein Dealers in the East Texas area? Looking for a new BX42 for my BX25.

There may be dealers but I doubt anyone stocks much Wallenstein Models
Try Woodward Crossings on the internet - good prices and reasonable shipping - you will have it in a few days

I'm not sure if you've contacted Wallenstein or not, but they can tell you if there is a dealer in your area.

When I was shopping for my Wallenstein chipper, I started with a Google search. If I remember correctly, Woodward Crossings and Iowa Farm Equipment had the best prices. WC didn't ship to Canada and, even though I could have saved a couple of hundred dollars (despite shipping cost and brokerage fees) from IFE, I finally just bought my BX62S from a local dealer.
It really irritated me that I could buy a Canadian-made chipper, delivered from an Iowa dealer, for less money than from a Canadian dealer (and, yes, I did take into account the exchange rate).
If you really feel more comfortable with having a local dealer, the EMB Manufacturing site dealer locator wasn't very helpful, but a note to them might yield a more useful answer.

Mine was at the terminal ready to be picked up about 30 hrs. after I called WC. I guess it came about a hundred fifty miles.

Mine came from Woodward Crossings also - I couldn't say enough good things about dealing with them. Once I had to go more than 20 miles looking for one distance didn't matter at all - I was going to have it shipped.
