want to add a FEL

i bought a 2005 2910 a few months back, and would like to add a FEL loader. i have emailed a couple of dealerships and gotten zero response. also, it seems the closest branson dealer is about 125 miles from my place. can someone give me some idea what i am looking at as far as $$ and is there another manufacturer that can strap their unit on my tractor? fwiw, i don't have any remotes, so there will be some additional plumbing to do (i think, i am not 100% on how all that works).

You need to post your location, it's a lot harder to offer advice and options without it.
I bought just the new tractor and learned that I needed more toys for it. I bought a non Branson back hoe and modified it to fit my 3510 but with the FEL I went to a Branson Dealer because it needs to fit exactly to the tractor or you are asking for trouble.
I paid right at $3500. for my FEL a year and 4 months ago from a Branson Dealer. AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Very useful.
It came with everything I needed including a front bumper to protect the front of the tractor and hydraulic hook ups.
I would give Wallace a call and see what he has but I would avoid Freight Quote unless you want to be upcharged or are a lawyer. But that's another story.

I live in WV and have hung out in this forum for years and if I wanted a FEL for my tractor i'd call Rick Wallace. I know i'd get my FEL and be able to sleep without worry i'd receive the FEL and total support. He seems like a dealer that goes above and beyond. He will be one on my list to shop my next tractor. JMHO

Just re-read Rick's post and I think he is saying a quote on freight.
There is a company called Freight Quote that I used once and they tried to charge me about 80% more than I was quoted. Said item was over weight, I sent manufacturers shipping weight, then tried to charge me over size, I sent pics and dimensions of crate. After two months I finally got it resolved.
I'm sorry for the mistake Rick, when I see the words Freight Quote I see RED and grab my wallet!

sorry, i am right in the middle of ga...zip of the ups freight depot is 31206, where i would pick it up. can anyone give me a link or a description of installation...is it basically bolt on? what about pumps, hoses, fittings, etc?

The Branson Dealer locater shows a dealer, Dixie Outdoor Power Equip. in Cochran Ga. 30161 , says it is 43 miles from your zip code.
It wouldn't hurt to get to know them in case you need parts, service or repairs.

I had the worst experience in the world with them.
I had the same exact thing happen to me, I got a quote from them using the weights and demensions right out of my book, I even questions the rate they gave me and the person on the other end of the phone said "we can give rates like that be cause we are so big"
That is BS.
about 15days after the freight shipped I received a bill for 3 TIMES the quote!
I fought with them for 2 months and finally told them that the sun will not shine on them anymore!
NEVER.....NEVER....again I don't care if they are willing to pay me to take it!
No one should ever be treated the way I was treated by this company or any other company for that matter.
