Want to make Ford D6NN3N058D Bracket

I need to add weight to the front of my 4610SU.

I'm wondering if anyone can get me the dimensions required to make the front support bracket that holds the weights (Item 4).

I figure I need to fabricate items 4 & 9. I'm not sure what item 10 is for?
