Sold the 3710, along with most all other toys, to finish our home.
Been searching for a TLB now that we're outta the trailer and in the house to finish landscaping and other projects.
I like the Kubota ownership experience since the 37 basically cost me less than $500 year over about 9 years and was always in the yard ready when needed.
This round I settled on a L3301. Of course I wanted bigger, but felt the 33 was a good compromise all things considered.
Found a very low hour used rig in the high $20k range.
Figured for a few thousand more I'll just by new and take advantage of the 0% finacing...
All approved, ready to go when the insurance requirement was brought up.
Totally understand Ma Kubota wanting to protect their loan.....but instead of a $3-4K difference it was now over a $7k difference over the term of the loan.
I half hearted tried to find my own insurance, but it wasn't a lot less than Kubota.
Called the owner of the used tractor up and we negotiated down to the low $20's for the 2016 model.
Over $11k difference between new and used, though I did dip into the liquid assets where the 0% new tractor I wouldn't of had to.....oh well.
Sorry for the long read.
Just wanted to check back in and say I look forward to the wealth of info I took from here last round.
Welcome any comments regarding the L3301...especially regarding the particulate filter which I'm a tad wary of.
