Warning lights on the fenders not working - what turns them on?

I noticed that when I turn on the hazard lights the ambers flash that are next the brake lights. Nothing else blinks. Are the lollipop lights on the fenders supposed to blink too?

Also, are the red brake lights supposed to turn on when I hit the brakes?

On my tractor, an M8540HD12 ROPS:

ALL ambers flash when the hazards are on -- both the lollipops AND and ambers in the amber/red housing.

When headlights are on, the RED lights in the amber/red housing are on.

When using the turn signal, the turn-signal ambers flash -- both the lollipop and the amber in the amber/red housing. The non-turn-signal ambers are fully lit -- both the lollipop AND the amber in the amber/red housing.

My brakes do NOT light up the reds. I find this odd. Anyhoo, because of this, I bet the lights back there are all single filament. Seems really odd to have all those lights but no brake circuit.

The CAB might be different.

Disclaimer: I did NOT start the engine for this test... I only turned on the ignition. I doubt it matters, however I thought I would let you know. I will pay attention the next time I start her up and let you know if I find anything different.

My apologies, its an L3130 I believe. Its my neighbors tractor that I use. The fuses look good.
