Warrantee for FEL

Just wanted to let everyone know that my tilt rams are leaking oil. My fel is only 10 months old. When I contacted my dealer ( Singleton Sales and Service in Franklinton, La.) they said that they would order the seals and that they would be in in about 3 days. Well the parts place for the Mahindra loaders said that the seals were on back order. Well to my surprise my dealer call and said that Mahindra was sending complete new rams so that I would not have to wait. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. No questions asked.

Hello Gary. Good dealers are worth their weight in gold. It may be that they wanted to check out the cylinder to see what the problem was. I know that if is a rare problem, that they usually will just do a quick fix first. But, if the problem has showed up several times in a short period of time, then the assembly is usually sent in to be inspected.
