The title of this post should read Warranty info on L2800, how can you edit a title of a post?I have had problems with the PTO going out two different times on my L2800 as I have posted about it a couple weeks ago. The dealer repaired it again for the second time and when I went to pick it up I ask about the warranty time left on my tractor. I bought it new June 5, 2005. I was told that it had a months warranty left and was lucky that the PTO went out when it did and not a month later. I thought that the warranty was 36 months or 3000 hours and said this. The service manager would never give me a answer. When I got home I checked my owners manual and it states that the L series tractors have a basic warranty for 24 months or 1500 hours and a 36 month or 3000 hour powertrain warranty. I called the dealer back and informed them of this and they still insisted it only had a 24 month warranty. I have emailed Kubota wanting an answer and have not recieve a reply. I know that the manual says that it has a 36 month warranty, but I need an answer for sure when the PTO goes out again that it will be taken care of under the powertrain warranty. Any suggestions on how to handle this problem as I can't get a answer from my dealer or Kubota. I am out of the Kubota Nothern division in Columbus Ohio and there is an address in my manual but no phone number. I need to talk to someone other than my dealer. I have had about all I can take and need some answers.
