None of your phony flavored stuff, now - you need to use the real thing. Put the paper towel on the sting and held it there. It took the pain out in a few minutes, and after about 10 or 15 minutes there was nothing left but a redish patch about the size of a quarter. No pain. No swelling.
This on an 8 year old who normally would have been in serious pain for an hour or so.
Simply amazing! I'm told it works for bee stings, too.
