That adds a nice touch to your property. Nicely done and great imagination. Sure beats the ole Rooster weathervane!

Did you run out of space in the barn?

Can you put a motor on it? Make it spin? Kinda like gas station signs used to?
Or maybe make the wheels turn?

Well, it's unique. Bet you're the only one in the neighborhood.
Hope you had fun doing it!

Where I live you would need 3 meetings with the planning board, a building permit, wetlands survey, a wind/wake analysis sealed by a PE, a DEP inspector would examine the tractor for leaking fluids, and you'd have to send an emissary to the Vatican to get a papal bull allowing the adaptive reuse of the tractor.

Hey, you forgot about the public notices, & notices to abutters & abutters of abutters! :D

Mike, when I saw this the other day, I thought, "Why not make an operator in silhouette so it'll be a weather vane?" I guess great minds think alike! ;)

Well, it's not LANGS TRACTOR SALES.
They have a Simplicity Tractor up on a pole like this out by the highway advertising their dealership.
