Kioti CK2610 Intro - YouTube

Hello everyone! Earlier this week I took delivery of a Kioti CK2610. While doing research prior to purchasing this tractor I discovered there was very little information available on this particular model. I searched for reviews, videos, etc with few results.

To help everyone out I am working on some videos as just an overview for those wanting more information on these tractors.

The link I posted is just a quick intro. I have been using the tractor the past couple of days and will be producing some more videos (actually filming today)

Nice looking tractor but I may be a bit biased. I purchased the same model with loader earlier this week. The dealer is scheduled to deliver it in a few hours. Keep the videos going.

Question, I believe telescoping lower links and stabilizers are optional, you might comment on how much they would cost from the dealer. I think you would really enjoy having them. The tractors predecessors had them.

One minor point, the drop rate control knob below the seat only controls the lowering speed of the implement not the raising speed. The raising speed is determined by the overall fluid flow rate from the pump. This valve is a metering valve that lets fluid escape from the internal 3pt hydraulic cylinder. Gravity pulls the implement down to earth and this drop rate valve is adjusted to meter the discharge of the fluid in the cylinder to account for heavy and light 3point implements.

On the engine you might point out the orange engine oil fill point on the side of the injection pump on the right side of the engine.
You also might show how easy it is to pull out the radiator filter screen. This is something that will often need cleaning if mowing high grasses. Sometimes hourly if the grasses have seed heads or fluff on them.

If you could actually demonstrate the releasing of the SSQA levers and dropping the bucket and subsequent hookup of the bucket that could be a highlight of your next video as many people do not know how that works. Be sure to practice before filming it. Of course having another person filming it would be ideal.

You might also show the speed of the FEL hydraulics by cycling the lift and bucket curl and dump to show those cycle times. You might show this at idle speed and PTO speed.

These are all just ideas, take from them what you will. Overall a good demo and look forward to your next one.:thumbsup:

Enjoyed your video! Been looking at this tractor and probably going to buy this model in a few weeks. Just the right size for my application. Hoping to run a 72" finish mower behind it. May I ask your purchase price and did you use Kioti finance or take advantage of rebates?

Interesting video, I didn't realize they still had a clutch, one of the complaints I've had about my Kubota; also thought it would have steering brakes as some really like them. My brother has a CK27 synchro-shuttle and it's a really nice machine, as James mentioned, it came with extendable lower links, very handy.
