I need help on why water would be in the Hydraulic Reservoir or could it be coming from somewhere else? Just need and answer Thanks. Also the Drain plugs there is one below the oil fill line on the left side and there is a drain plug on the bottom. Which one do you unscrew to drain the Reservoir????

Again Iseki TS1610 2-wheel drive, 3-speed. I am just confused on how water got in there!!!!!

How much water are you talking about.

Enough to cause a milky looking fluid.

Condensation can cause some, but water ingress through a loose fill cap is possible.

Could you have connected a cyl that had water in it?

Shift boot maybe?

We Are talking about, Enough water to were you can barely fill the oil buts it's there.

Also the liquid is a Milky looking like Vanilla ice-cream colored. Coming out near the shifter?

I would unscrew the lowest plug and drain and flush it with use 3 parts Kerosene to 1 part hydraulic oil.

This is a cyl and the piston is what pushes the rod out to provide force to move a mechanical object.

cylinder=cyl

I assume you don't keep your tractor in a shed, so rainwater got in?

Many times a cracked rubber boot on a shifter or a loose plug or a vent that isn't shielded will allow rainwater to funnel into the rear end/tranny and fill with oil.

I do Appreciate the comments and Thanks for the advice. Really does help and I will go look at everything I can.

Also Rambler: I do not keep it in a shed, But I will put a tarp over it like a A-Frame, Again thanks for your advice too.

Just everything is in Japanese and I cant read it. But the tractor runs great other than the Hydraulic Reservoir, noticed Saturday.

unless there is a missing raincap or similar vent.. most likely cause of water in an oil sump is condensation on a hygroscopic surface..
