It depends on if you choose to replace the assy (housing is typically re-usable unless broken) or rebuild the water pump. It can be difficult for dealers to rebuild this style of a water pump and not have it cost about the same or sometimes more than a complete assy with labor costs where they are at anymore. The repair parts themselves are relativly inexpensive. If you have a press or access to one then a rebuild is the way to go, replace the impeller even if it looks ok while you are in there as a small amount of wear equals a substantial amount of flow loss. If doing the assy there are aftermarket versions available but are easiest if you find one that already has a hub pressed on as that can be difficult to install w/ out damaging the new seal already in the pump. Good luck
