"In September 2019, EPA and the Department of the Army finalized a rule to repeal the 2015 rule that impermissibly expanded the definition of 努aters of the United States (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act. This action also recodifies the longstanding and familiar regulatory text that existed prior to the 2015 rule用roviding regulatory consistency across states. The final rule will be effective 60 days after publication in the Federal Register. Read the proposed rule."
