Get a tote and a pole
Get a HF Bigfoot hand truck
Get a solar charger

I'd get a solar battery charger and leave the thing in the boat.

Solar chargers/ maintainers have become so inexpensive I'm putting one on the lift next year just to keep the battery topped off.
Figure if it helps make the battery last another season one time, it's paid for itself.
