Great video, Steve. Thanks for sharing. Curious to see what you have in store for us in 5-1/2 wks, when Winter finally begins. :D

I enjoyed all of the comments. Just so everyone knows, I love the snow. It looks more like mid February rather than mid November:

add another 5" to that first post, calling for lake effect for the next 5 days or so. CJ

Is your drive all paved Steve . We got 15 inches here and most of my long driveway is gravel . I did churn up a little gravel in places and that didn't make me to happy as it took off some paint inside the blower . I had the skids down quite abit too . Nothing is frozen here yet , colder weather coming in a couple days I guess .

Thanks for the video Steve as I love watching them . Did you post on you tube last year ?

That's the way to do it if you have to deal with snow for sure. We just got our first snow of the season last night and I'm already sick of it, got a whole 3 inches. :) suppose to be back in the fifties by weeks end, I hope so I still have about five acres to bush hog and two ponds to use the sickle mower around.

Hah - we had the same thing 3 years ago on Halloween. Snow in October really throws one for a loop - no driveway markers installed and didn't even have my snowblower mounted up yet. Over 30" came down - everyone figured ski season would start a month early, but it was all gone a week later.

I remember that. Many of the trees still had leaves. Lots of them came down. A huge oak behind our house lost a third of it's trunk. Sounded really eery that night and of course no power for a few days.

Yea - my house in SNH got the same amount of moisture, except instead of 30" it was 6" - like concrete. ALL of the trees broke and we had no power for a week. Luckily it didn't stay cold so the power outage wasn't a big deal like the usual mid-winter nightmare.
