We bought 30 acres on the edge of St.Albert/Edmonton Alberta. Have been working on plans to build a new home and have installed some chain link to create a yard to store a few things till we get going. Planted a little over 700 trees this spring and borrowed my inlaws 60hp "White" tractor which worked well for tilling, and laying the mulch. Need to buy something now so we can continue to work the land and develop our acreage/farm.

Been looking for advice on size and type of tractor to get for taking on this project - any advice would be welcomed.

Have a good friend that found an older Rhino International 645 Seems big but might be nice to have the can this winter.

As far as the tractor goes, you need to make some decisions I think. Budget? Are you wanting to mow lawn with it? Are you going to till between trees? Planning to hay? Is your land hilly?
