weak slow loader on deere 950

Please help!

My loader is both slow and weak. Both functions on the loader are affected. I know nothing about hydraulics please walk me through troubleshooting this.

Couple things worth noting:
- there's a big dent in the hydraulic filter. Wondering if something could have broken loose in the filter and then blocked my screen?
- 3 point seems fine. I'm able to lift up a 5 foot heavy duty snowblower
- hydraulic control valve was replaced 2 years ago.
- I recently replaced two couplers because I had slow leaks. I put one of the old ones back on to see if maybe the new couplers were the problem.

Wht do you all think?

Change the filter and the hydraulic oil. Not sure if yours has a screen to be cleaned or not also, but someone else will chime in on that I'm sure.

Thanks guys. I replaced all the fluid, the screen, and the filter and the loader is nearly back to normal. It can't lift up the front of the tractor like it used to but it's night and day better. Wow that oil is expensive!

you may still have a little Air in the Loader that will work out with use. Air will compress
