Tiller weixi tiller?

I keep seeing these weixi brand tillers popping up.Has anybody used one or does anyone know if their anygood i saw where a 7 footer is 1850.00 all have a 100 hp rated gear box.I never heard of em but the price looks nice for that size.

I like the concept of the center drive, not seen that before? surprized that someone else hasnt worked on that design....
